Refund policy

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, hygiene liners intact and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any marks, or tears are considered damages and will not be refunded, this includes any stains of makeup, tanning oil, or other product marks. .

To start a return, you can contact us at emily@beachbumclub.ca. The customer is responsible for purchasing their own shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that we thoroughly inspect each item before shipment so unless there is visible signs of damage during shipment we cannot offer a refund.

Shipping insurance covers any items that go missing, or get damaged during shipment. Without purchasing shipping insurance, missing or damaged packages will not be refunded or replaced.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
For sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns on bottoms or one pieces.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items that are marked down 25% or more or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs will not be refunded, the customer is responsible for purchasing their own shipping label. Please ensure shipping method chosen is tracked. 

 

Missing packages

Please send us your tracking number for the return package. In cases where an item goes missing on it's way back to us, we will not be able to issue a refund without an accurate tracking number. If you have not added on shipping protection on your original order, missing packages will not be refunded, this includes return packages.
